My journey towards well-being began in childhood, when I discovered the benefits of complementary medicine.

Traditional medicine alone couldn't address the ailments of several of my loved ones, so we started incorporating unconventional therapies.

Very early on, I also became aware of my energetic sensitivity, feeling the energies that surround us and the presence of a subtle world. This sensitivity, refined through treatments, workshops, and energetic initiations, fueled my passion for energetic well-being and personal development.

After studying at a business school and a career in fashion,

I lived in the United States, Ivory Coast, and the United Kingdom.

During those 20 years abroad, I continued to practice energetic healing for my loved ones and myself.

​

In 2010, my professional reorientation led me to train in Usui Reiki Ryoho, the traditional Japanese form of Reiki. I had the honor of studying with the Japanese teacher Tomoyo Nozaki and became a Reiki Master in London in 2014.

This experience deepened my knowledge of Reiki and fostered my inner development.

My interest also extends to behavioral and cognitive therapies, particularly emotional release techniques.

I completed the TERET training in 2009, developed by Alexander Preziger,

and continue to deepen my knowledge in this field.

 

In 2016, I took a training course in Sorensensistem™ Facial Reflexology with Nikke Ariff in London,

a rewarding and humane experience.

More recently, I explored the Akashic Records with Emily Nicolle,

reinforcing my confidence in my energetic perceptions.
